Your tasks at sovanta

You will support the creation of surveys and dashboards as well as the implementation and management of integrations between Qualtrics and CRM/HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors)
You will support the capture and documentation of customer requirements and the preparation of sales proposals
You will support communication with customers* via online meetings and email and learn best practices for driving organizational change
You will work with experienced colleagues* as well as product and engineering teams on technical issues and error analysis
You will support the further development of our XM portfolio and custom solutions on the Qualtrics XM platform

What we are looking for

You are a student* of Social Sciences (e.g. Psychology), Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
You have an interest in survey and feedback systems and are interested in consulting
You are eager to dive deeply into new tools and technologies – especially the Qualtrics XM platform
You are characterized by quick comprehension, attention to detail, as well as a precise, structured, and independent way of working
You are motivated and available to support our team for at least 16 hours per week
Very good German and good English language skills complete your profile
