Intern Customer Experience Consulting (m/f/d)

Your tasks at sovanta
- You will support the capture and documentation of customer requirements as well as the preparation of sales proposals
- You will assist in implementing and managing integrations between Qualtrics and other CRM/HRIS systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Sales & Service Cloud)
- You will support communication with customers* via online meetings and email and learn best practices for driving organizational change
- You will work with experienced colleagues* as well as product and engineering teams on technical issues and error analysis
- You will support the further development of our XM portfolio and custom solutions on the Qualtrics XM platform
What we are looking for
- You are a student* of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Social Sciences (e.g., Psychology), or a comparable field
- You have strong communication skills and have a keen interest in consulting
- You are characterized by quick comprehension as well as an independent and structured way of working
- You are eager to dive deeply into new tools and technologies – especially the Qualtrics XM platform
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- First experience with CRM or HR systems (e.g., Salesforce or SAP) is a plus, but not required
- You are interested in survey and feedback systems
- Very good German and good English language skills complete your profile
