Experience SAP Podcast: This was 2023 – a sovanta review of the year

The year 2023 is almost here. Only a few days separate us from the new year. But before we fully focus on 2024, we recorded the (almost) traditional year in review podcast episode. How was the year? What were the hot topics in the SAP community? And what were the absolute highlights of the past twelve months? A look back shows that there was a lot going on in the IT world. The list of highlights could be very long. In this episode, podcast host Christian Heinrich and Michael Kern, both members of the sovanta Executive Board, take on the challenges: What are the ten highlights of the year?

A real community has grown up around SAP BTP this year with a common mission: How do we establish the topic of BTP in the organization and then create scalable innovations based on it?

The focus: Innovation Factory, BTP Squad & ETX

Each of them brings their own personal five highlights of the year – together, Christian and Michael come up with the ultimate list of the top ten sovanta highlights of 2023. The launch of the Innovation Factory for SAP BTP, the BTP Squad, the sovanta solution ETX for RISE with SAP and the SAP AppHaus birthday week should of course not be missing from the list. Events in particular have played a major role at sovanta over the last twelve months and have provided many unforgettable moments. Our BTP experts have been on the road a lot, at events together with SAP, at events hosted by SAP or even with customers at our locations. The close and very successful collaboration with SAP stands out in particular. And not only in the DACH region, but also in the USA thanks to the founding of sovanta America Inc. this year. In conclusion, they both agree: “It was a great year with lots of fun. And we hope to have the same experience again next year.”
