sovanta with Qualtrics on XM Tour
Companies are measured by the experiences they create – by customers as well as employees. With this core message, our XM Squad was present in Cologne and Munich at the Qualtrics event series XM on Tour. As a Qualtrics Network Partner, we were not only represented with a booth, but also were on stage with a customer at each location and talked about a joint project. What drives the XM community? Lisa Schneider, Customer Success Trainee at sovanta, attended both events andshares her impressions:
Exchange was the top priority
Both events were very well attended and Qualtrics provided an ideal setup with a sensational event location. The exhibitor booths were spacious and it was very easy to talk to (potential) customers, Qualtrics and also SAP people. There was a real family atmosphere, the XM community knows each other well and likes to exchange ideas – this was clearly noticeable in Cologne as well as in Munich.
Talks and product presentations by Qualtrics
Besides many sessions on new features around user flow, drop outs and ID, my absolute highlight in the packed agenda was the presentation by Zig Serafin, CEO of Qualtrics. His insights into the founding history of Qualtrics really got me involved, especially the motivation behind it, i.e. why we do experience management in the first place. The “Dream Team” at the Qualtrics Live Event, who fulfilled every wish of the event participants directly on site for an optimal event experience, had a real surprise effect on me. That was a really cool experience.
On Stage with Rational and Endress+Hauser
We at sovanta were also able to help shape the agenda. In Cologne, Dr. Tommi Kramer, Head of Data Scientist at sovanta, revealed together with Endress+Hauser how the combination of X- & O-Data creates optimal processes. In Munich, I was allowed on stage myself and, together with my colleague Andrew White and our customer Rational, presented best practices for using Qualtrics XM to increase employee engagement and retention. Our goal was to inspire everyone who wants to start with Employee Experience – and I had the feeling that we managed to achieve that.
Also on board: ETX for SAP RISE
In addition to many discussions about employee and customer experience, we were able to perfectly position our ETX for SAP RISE solution in this environment. As a companion through the transformation, the solution based on Qualtrics XM collects feedback from the stakeholders at all relevant touchpoints. This provides companies with an early warning system: Are all stakeholders on board? Are they on track with the transformation? Are there any problems or stumbling blocks? ETX for SAP RISE provides the answers to these questions in real time via an attractive dashboard. The response at the events was great and I am looking forward to presenting the solution further.
