We are pleased to offer another sovanta product in the SAP Store – our ETX for RISE with SAP. There are many offerings around large transformation projects – but with our early warning system along the entire RISE with SAP journey, we give companies a unique solution to ensure the success of S/4HANA projects.

The number of projects considered as failed is high, according to various sources between 50-75%. In most cases, the project managers do not even see the problems coming. Digital transformation projects in particular are simply too large to keep an eye on all aspects and stakeholders at all times and to recognize a poor Employee Technology Experience at an early stage. Not only the end users are interviewed, but also the project sponsor, the project team, IT and the external implementation team. This sheds light on all corners of the transformation project and creates transparency across all teams.

The whole thing becomes visible in intuitive dashboards. Here, a project health check is performed at all relevant touchpoints: How confident are teams about project success? Are users collaborating effectively? Are the teams able to handle the workload? Are the various team members positive about the new SAP system? And do they see it as an advantage for their job. Open questions are also evaluated and clustered. This way, nothing is missed and companies can react directly.

The solution is based on Qualtrics, an Experience Management Platform, and follows the SAP RISE Adoption Framework in all project phases using the SAP Activate methodology. Of course, the framework can also be adapted to other transformation projects. It was important for us to offer an out-of-the-box solution that can be deployed very quickly. This way, companies do not lose valuable time and can equip their change management directly with a strong tool.
