What does our journey to your SAP Agent look like?

Our team is ready to get started right away. Your only investment to get started: an initial call with us. During this call, we will either discuss your existing use case or, using our Agent Call-Format, jointly identify an idea that is a good fit for your business. From there, we take care of everything!

Agent Call

In a 30-minute call, we’ll discuss a potential use case together and quickly determine whether it qualifies for SAP funding.

Agent Use Case

Based on our call, we’ll document your use case and prepare all the necessary documents for submission.

Agent Submission

Together, we submit all the necessary documents to SAP for approval, so we can move quickly into implementation.

Agent Realization

Once we receive SAP’s approval for the funding, we’ll implement the agent we defined together for you.

The SAP Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive Program (SAP Agent Funding for short) is a €100 million funding program launched by SAP. It supports companies in bringing AI Agents and Assistants into practice fastertogether with qualified SAP partners.

The program is aimed at SAP customers looking to implement concrete AI use cases and integrate SAP Business AI Agents or Assistants into their processes. Please note: Companies can only participate in the program together with a validated SAP partner such as sovanta.

Yes, unfortunately, companies in the public sector are not eligible to participate in the program.

The final decision on funding lies with SAP. We handle the nomination process for you, prepare the business case, and support you throughout the entire process until a decision is reached. Please note that a nomination alone does not guarantee funding.

The SAP funding is not paid directly to you. Instead, SAP provides the funding to cover the partner’s approved services. You only incur costs for services that go beyond the funded scope.
