The end of maintenance for SAP HCM also compels SAP partner sovanta to transition its HR systems. With extensive experience from numerous SAP SuccessFactors projects for clients, the move into the SAP Cloud world was a natural next step. The goal: to build a modern HR tool environment fit for a modern, fast-growing employer. The team tackled the transformation with its own SuccessFactors consultants – starting with core employee data through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, followed later by the Recruiting Management and Marketing modules. The focus was always on one guiding principle: getting the most out of the standard solution. How well did it work? What challenges did the team overcome?
