Our approach to H4S4 migration is based on the SAP Activate Methodology: in six phases, from Discover to Run, we guide our customers through a series of structured steps.

  • Discover: Project initiation, definition of the target vision for the HR system landscape (on-premise / hybrid scenarios / cloud), and establishment of the project team.
  • Prepare: S/4 Readiness Check, Custom Code Check (ATC), interface analysis.
  • Explore: Definition of work packages, creation of the project plan, identification of new developments and enhancements.
  • Realize: Configuration and implementation, development of extensions (SAP BTP, Fiori), documentation and training.
  • Deploy: Data migration and final testing.
  • Run: Hypercare and ongoing support.
