Our offering consists of three elements: a pre-interview, infusion, and workshops.
In a pre-interview, our experts conduct an assessment of your HR processes and systems. Are self-services already in use? Which technologies are being employed? What strategy is being pursued? This is followed by an infusion session, where we present the SAP portfolio using relevant ESS/MSS projects from other clients as examples.
2x 6h Workshops:
- First, we identify the processes and user groups involved in your workflows.
- Next, we analyze the need for optimization and prioritize up to three processes using an effort-benefit matrix.
- For these selected processes, we develop the target process, including an evaluation of the ideal technology and technical feasibility.
- You will receive a comprehensive analysis, including recommendations for the next steps. If desired, we are happy to implement the processes for you as well.
