Career portal based on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing for Allianz
As part of the Allianz Group’s group-wide move to SAP SuccessFactors, the recruiting and onboarding processes are to be simplified for applicants. The career site plays an essential role in this and serves as the central entry point for searching for open jobs worldwide and for the subsequent application for internal and external candidates. The particular challenge was to design the career site in the customer’s corporate design beyond the standard options of the Career Site Builder. Allianz SE brought sovanta AG on board as an experienced partner for the evaluation, design and implementation of the optimal solution.
SAP SuccessFactors Career Site Builder in use
sovanta embarked on a journey together with the client in a series of workshops. The candidate journeys for different target groups were evaluated and the ideal candidate journey within the career site was defined. The aim was to set up a centralized and user-friendly career portal with the SAP SuccessFactors Career Site Builder. A particular focus was on the compatibility of a global and local concept for the entire site structure as well as the implementation of the corporate design.
