With our Business AI Solution offering, we take your use case from idea to production – at a fixed price and using the technology that best fits your use case. Before we prepare an offer, however, we work with you to calculate the business case. This means you know the value and costs before commissioning the project. Your advantage: Depending on the size of the use case, you receive a production-ready solution on the SAP Business AI Platform (SAP BAIP, formerly SAP BTP) within four to twelve weeks – delivering the expected value.

What can you expect?

We implement a prioritized use case for you – using one of five technologies: Core AI (machine learning and predictive models on SAP AI Core), GenAI, AI agents, process automation, or Joule.

1. Scope: Detailed definition of the scope, including KPIs and success criteria. The scope and price are then jointly confirmed with you before implementation begins.
2. Setup: Project setup, technical kick-off, assessment of platform readiness, and, if required, the AI Readiness Setup.
3. Implementation: Development of the solution within the agreed scope and using the technology that best fits your use case and your landscape. The solution is tested together with you throughout the development process.
4. Deployment: Deployment to your productive SAP BAIP/BTP account, user acceptance testing, and an evaluation report with recommendations for the next steps.
