The program is structured into one focused module per week. Each module concludes with a joint Strategy Hour. The content is individually tailored to your goals, existing AI landscape, and priorities. You don’t receive a theoretical framework that simply ends up on paper. You develop a working operating model – and it fits your team because your team developed it itself.

What can you expect?

• Alignment: Individual selection of modules based on your goals, current AI landscape, and priorities.
• Cadence: One module per week, each concluded with a joint Strategy Hour.
• Modules: Selection and combination of modules from a library of more than 40 modules to create a program tailored to your needs.
• Handover: Consolidation and documentation of the developed content in the Innovation Factory, including six months of access to best practices.
• Next Step: Optionally, we support you with the ongoing implementation of your new operating model – with additional delivery capacity or on-demand experts.
