The Discovery Workshop can take place physically or virtually. The basis for this is a survey conducted in advance in the form of a pre-workshop survey. The goal of the workshop is to provide a basic understanding of the technical fundamentals and key components around SAP HXM. Best practices from other customer projects with similar challenges also help. On this basis, we then jointly create a clear target picture and a roadmap for the implementation of your individual requirements with S4/HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics XM, SAP BTP, SAP Build & Co. Afterwards, you will receive detailed documentation that serves as a quick start for a possible follow-up project.

Who will participate in the workshop?

The optimal lineup consists of four to eight participants from the customer side. For example, this could be the IT manager who looks after the SAP HXM landscape. Or the HR manager who can bring along the relevant use cases. Or other team members who can bring the use cases to life. You determine the team composition and we bring the appropriate experts from sovanta.
