UX Score Note on Conducting the Survey

Purpose of the Survey

This survey serves the purpose of measuring the user experience of digital applications. Participation is voluntary. The survey is initiated and distributed sovanta AG. The evaluation and analysis of the results are carried out by sovanta AG.

Type of Data Processing

No personal data is collected or processed as part of the survey. In particular, no names, email addresses, IP addresses, or other identifiers are stored. All responses are recorded anonymously. It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual participants.

However, this can only be ensured if participants do not enter any personal information into free-text fields when answering the questions.

Use of the Survey Results

The collected data will be used exclusively for measuring the user experience of digital applications and thus for the substantive evaluation of the survey.

The raw data (meaning the individual, unprocessed responses) will not be shared with third parties and will remain solely with the entity responsible for conducting the survey. Only evaluated and aggregated results will be transmitted to the client of the survey, from which no conclusions about individual participants can be drawn.

Location of Data Processing

The processing of the data collected as part of the survey takes place exclusively on servers located in Germany. There is no transfer to third countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
