The starting point: Standard processes are not intuitive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The goal of the SuccessFactors implementation is to relieve the HR department. Managers should be able to initiate processes quickly and easily as self-services in the system. In practice, however, it quickly becomes clear that the standard processes in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central are not intuitive enough to be completed ad hoc.<\/p>\n\n\n
